How do we setup an initial consultation?
The first step is to check for your event date availability. Make sure to give us as much detail about your event and how you found our services. You'll be contacted shortly by email or phone to setup a no cost no obligation consultation at a location convenient for both of us.
Do you use contracts and are you insured?
Yes to both questions. Contracts and insurance are a great way to seperate the professional MA DJs from the amatures & hobbyists and provide you with more confidence.
How do you interact with our guests?
In a professional, upbeat mannor that is not overbearing, in-your-face or cheesy. We'll even greet your guests upon arrival and help direct them! Its a total service attitude, doing whatever needs to be done to insure a great experience for your guests, going above what you'd expected from a DJ.
Will you be willing to take requests from us and our guests?
Of course we do! We'll go over music in our full planning sessions and we always ask for some of your "Must Haves", "We'd Love To Hear", and "Please Don't Play" songs. The remaning songs are selected by event type, demographic appeal and atmosphere you're trying to create. Hiring a skilled and professional MA DJ who can determine what to play and when to play it, means you will never have to worry about planning all the music at your event.
What type of equipment do you have and is there any backup equipment?
What your really asking here is "will the music sound GREAT" and "will the party go on if something goes wrong". All our equipment is professional grade and our music is all digital for fantastic sound quality. We also bring backup equipment "just in case".
Have you ever performed at our event location?
Chances are that we have! We've been doing this for quite some time and have performed at the most sought after country clubs, hotels and unique locations throughout Massachusetts and New England. If we haven't been to your venue and its nearby, we'll do a site appointment to make sure we know the specifics of the venue before your special event day.
