Project Description
The Hellenic Center wedding, known as the North Shore’s grand mansion was just the romantic and classic setting Pat and Marissa wanted for their May wedding. Cocktails began at 4:30 and took place outdoors in the backyard of the mansion and deck area. We were able to work the schedule to give them some time to attend their own cocktail reception which is becoming more popular with brides and grooms.
We lined up the energetic 20 person bridal party outside on the back deck and introduced them into main room with Shipping Off To Boston from the Dropkick Murphy’s as their entrance song. The song was fitting, as the couple are big Red Sox fans and most of their college friends travelled from many locations to be with them.
Many special moments during the day included a video slide show prepared by the Brides sister, and a great toast from the dance floor by Marissa and Pat. After their toast we planed to play a special song for all their West Virginia University friends who were there, which really worked well and created a special moment.
